Dear Valued Client.

Important message from Tenant Indemnity Services Limited, to users of Tenant Performance Bond (TPB) & The Vetting Company (TVC).

It is with sincere regret that we have decided to suspend the TPB & TVC facilities, with immediate effect.

All TPBs that are in existence and any that have recently been set up will be honoured, provided that the premiums have been paid and this termination only relates to new business, not yet written. Any claims pending and any claims that may be lodged in the future will be settled promptly, in accordance with our Terms.

We have very much enjoyed working with the landlords and letting agents that have regularly used the TPB and TVC over the past 18-months and it is with reluctance that we have taken the decision to focus our future activity on other aspects of our overall business.
